What You Will Do:
As Director for Operations, you will lead a multi‑team organization with atwo‑level leadership structure, ensuring smooth, high‑quality client operations while driving long‑term operational excellence. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to balance long‑term planning with fast decision‑making in a dynamic environment.
What you will be responsible for
Leading multiple mid‑size teams withtwo layers of management, empowering managers and senior specialists to deliver strong outcomes.
Ensuringseamless, efficient and performance‑driven client operations (AML service), with a strong focus on service quality and delivery continuity.
Owningresource and workforce management, including staffing plans, capacity planning, and skills readiness.
Building strong partnerships and working closely withclients and internal stakeholdersto align priorities, resolve complex challenges, and support growth.
Translating executive strategy into clear operational plans and driving execution across your area.
Planning and shaping operations with a3–5 year strategic horizon, while remaining agile and responsive to changing business and client needs.
Leading complex discussions and negotiations with clients and external partners.
Influencing senior leadership decisions through insights, analysis, and operational expertise.
Taking full people management accountability, including hiring, performance management, and reward decisions.
What You Will Need:
At least 5 yearsleadership experience in leading structures of ~100 employees and supervising mid-level management
Expert level knowledge and skills withinAML Compliance jobarea and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization
Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the organization, and applies extensive business and industry expertise
Have University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience
Strong relationship, stakeholder, and client management skills, demonstrating diplomacy and professionalism.
Ability to work full time from office

The annual salary range for this position is €55,000.00-€91,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
