What You Will Do:

  • Conducting investigative research of individuals, entities and/or events related to current or prospective customers through public records, open-source media, vendor systems or other research tools and reviewing customer’s onboarding documentation according to current procedures to identify, assess and mitigate AML risk.

  • Analyzing transaction data for patterns and anomalies using general reasoning and logic; conducting detailed research, fact finding, and analysis; developing a narrative from research findings and identification of transaction patterns and anomalies; and assisting with research and data gathering activities.

  • Document findings and analysis in case management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

  • Executing and delivering high quality work product, functioning both independently and in a collaborative setting with a focus on client satisfaction. 

  • Applying research and analytic techniques to assess complex information sets to make logical and adequately supported determinations regarding EDD procedures commensurate to a subject’s risk profile.


What You Will Need:

  • Work from office

  • 2 years of experience in EDD or another relevant field

  • Speak and write English fluently.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to obtain new user’s skills of other software applications.

  • Professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Attention to details.

  • Work under close to limited supervision on low-medium complexity projects or assignments.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).

  • Prior experience working in a financial crime’s compliance role, transaction monitoring for a financial services company.

  • Knowledge of crypto world.

The annual salary range for this position is €18,000.00-€30,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
