What You Will Do:
Conduct investigations to identify financial crime, including money laundering and fraud, and report the findings of investigations in an effective manner.
Assess and document regulatory risk based on a variety of risk factors
Gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks.
Write reports on the findings of investigations
What You Will Need:
Knowledge of Financial Crime / AML / Fraud, Transactions Monitoring and operational procedures
The ability to speak and write English fluently.
Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to obtain new user’s skills of other software applications
Strong analytical and research skills
6+ months of professional experience in compliance field
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Effective organizational skills and attention to details
Adaptability to frequent process and procedural changes
Knowledge of Crypto world
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

The annual salary range for this position is €18,000.00-€30,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
