We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead Talent Acquisition in Lithuania. This role goes beyond delivery; it is a critical leadership position responsible for reimagining how we attract, engage, and hire talent, while strengthening our employer brand and enabling business growth.
What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, using disciplined execution and innovation to strengthen talent acquisition, including:
Managing the full recruiting lifecycle from offer acceptance through start.
Training the recruiting team on firm-wide practices and adapting them to the Lithuanian market.
Partnering with hiring managers and Partners to define role requirements and understand business needs, including goals, clients, and delivery standards, while ensuring candidates meet both role-specific and Guidehouse requirements.
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for experienced hires and university recruiting.
Managing relationships with recruitment agencies as needed.
Tracking and reporting recruiting metrics, such as time to hire and offer acceptance, to evaluate team and process effectiveness.
Lead the planning and execution of recruiting budgets.
Identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes by applying leading practices and innovative tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements.
Stakeholder & Client Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics.
Build collaborative partnerships across internal teams to deliver results.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
Foster an inclusive, positive, and results-oriented team culture.
Provide coaching and direction to support delivery against hiring goals.
Executive Recruiting
Lead executive-level hiring priorities.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Ensure diverse candidates are selected while maintaining an exceptional experience.
Project & Initiative Leadership
Lead the evolution of employer branding in Lithuania to strengthen how we attract and engage top talent.
Drive recruiting initiatives that improve delivery, efficiency, and team performance.
Communication & Leadership Presence
Communicate effectively with senior leaders and present confidently to large audiences.
Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and adaptability in complex situations.
What You Will Need
8+ years of experience in a similar recruiting leadership role
Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in Financial Services (or similar high-volume environment)
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven track record of building and promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent in Lithuania
Experience working in an international company environment
Fluency in Lithuanian and English
Experience using sourcing platforms (for example, LinkedIn Recruiter) to support hiring outcomes and market positioning
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Knowledge of Lithuanian employment law and EU employment regulations
Strong self-awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
What Will Be Nice to Have
Master’s degree or higher
Proficiency with Workday Recruiting (ATS)
Proven leadership in Talent Acquisition within a professional services or consulting environment
Demonstrated ability to lead global or multi-region recruiting teams and stakeholders
Success optimizing vendor strategy, including agencies, RPO, and sourcing partners, with strong performance management

The annual salary range for this position is €46,000.00-€76,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
