What You Will Do:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate new hire AML Onboarding Training, up-skill, cross-training and Client training for our Managed Service employees.
  • Independently working and communicating with other stakeholders, e.g. Financial Investigator Supervisors or/and Financial Compliance Managers, with SMEs of different workstreams, and external parties e.g. Client’s stakeholders, to design and implement the most effective in-class / virtual training sessions.

  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions for new hires, ongoing development, and process updates.
  • Develop and deliver project-specific training materials to enhance existing knowledge of the overall team, including financial investigation processes, new rules and regulations, and other professional development tasks.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Supporting in evaluating the training effectiveness and gathering participant feedback by reviewing assessment data, and suggesting improvements to content or delivery methods

  • Maintain accurate training records, track completion, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and required learning standards.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for learners and leaders by answering questions, resolving training issues, and reinforcing best practices.
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years professional experience in the Financial Services, AML/FinCrime Compliance industry.
  • 1+ years of experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, and/or blended environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Having strong subject matter expertise and knowledge in the following fields but not limited to: AML/CTF, Fraud Risk, KYC/Sanctions/EDD, and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain Investigations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to create clear, organized training materials and adapt content for different learning styles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with common business software and learning tools, including Microsoft Office/Google applications.
  • Working knowledge of various LMS systems such as Saba, Cornerstone, Workday, Docebo etc.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Cryptocurrency/Blockchain industry knowledge and crypto investigative mindset
  • Knowledge of instructional design best practices.
  • Ability to analyze training data and use insights to improve learning outcomes.
  • Certification in training, facilitation, instructional design, ICA, and or CAMS.

The annual salary range for this position is €32,000.00-€53,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
