What You Will Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand role requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, and other tools.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Qualify and present high-quality candidates to recruiters and hiring managers, and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the ATS and report on sourcing metrics and progress.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives, including recruitment events and targeted outreach campaigns.

What You Will Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media).
  • Experience using an ATS to manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion sourcing strategies and passive talent engagement.
  • Certifications or formal training in recruiting/sourcing (LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
  • Experience with CRM tools, recruiting analytics, recruitment marketing, or employer branding initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is €22,000.00-€36,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
