What You Will Do:
- Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the Managed Services.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of work.
- Monitor workflow, prioritize assignments, and help resolve issues or escalations as they arise.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support service delivery, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure team objectives, quality standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members as needed.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
What You Will Need:
- Proven experience within the Klarna project.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational or managed services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and support multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution.
- Ability to work full time and support the needs of the team.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Professional certificate (ACAMs, ICA).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and performance reporting.
- Experience mentoring or developing team members in a shared services environment.
