What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Case Management Analyst & Systems Engineer to help our federal client manage, track, and improve key case‑driven operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data accuracy, process improvement, and building automation within SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform. The candidate will:
Perform daily data entry and updates to SharePoint‑based case trackers, ensuring information is current, accurate, and aligned with mission needs.
Review, analyze, and organize case‑related documents and electronically stored information (ESI) received from interagency partners.
Conduct routine data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and correct or escalate issues as needed.
Maintain high standards of data hygiene and follow established protocols for handling sensitive case information.
Configure and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, views, and metadata to support case operations.
Build and refine Power Automate flows that streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency (no advanced development required).
Support enhancement of existing Power Apps used for case intake or case management activities.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements for how case data is tracked, organized, and processed.
Collaborate with mission stakeholders to understand process needs and translate them into updates or refinements to the case management environment.
Provide general knowledge‑management and workflow support across case operations, reviews, and program activities.
What You Will Need:
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of FOUR (4) years of relevant experience
Experience working with SharePoint lists, libraries, and document management features.
Ability to create or modify basic to intermediate Power Automate flows.
Experience supporting or maintaining Power Apps (no advanced development expected).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and quality checks.
Demonstrated experience with data cleaning, data entry, or data quality control in high‑volume environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and propose practical process improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" securityclearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication ofclearanceprior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "TOP SECRET" or higher-levelclearanceare preferred.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience supporting operational, legal, or case‑driven environments.
Active Secret or higher security clearance.
Familiarity with Power BI or other basic analytics tools.
Experience with SharePoint backend concepts such as permissions, content types, or site structure (not required but beneficial).
General familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, workflow optimization, or process improvement methodologies.
Curiosity, self‑taught technical skills, and a proactive “fix and improve” mindset.
