What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will  develop communications materials to build brand and product awareness for recruiting efforts support United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and build awareness through targeted media campaigns. The Consultant will provide input on brand ideas and support brand design and corresponding materials including campaign development and implementation.

The Consultant must have the following experience:

  • Creating communications materials

  • Supporting brand design efforts

  • Supporting the creation of targeted media campaigns

  • Supporting tracking of campaign effectiveness/measures

  • Tailoring communications based upon various personas being targeted

  • Supporting stakeholder interviews and analyses

  • Supporting current state analyses and gap analyses

  • Supporting the development of reports and presentations summarizing the outputs of quantitative and qualitative assessments and analyses

  • Preparing for internal and external stakeholder discussions

  • Executing project tasks/outputs under the direction of a Lead  

Supporting the development comprehensive plans to implement program goals, meet requirements, and keep resources on track

What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Communications or business related field

  • TWO (2) or more years of experience in communications, branding, marketing and/or public relations

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications

  • Experience consulting for the federal government

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal

  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships

  • Experience working in DHS

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
