What You Will Do:

As a Communications and Training Senior Consultant, you will support federal clients by developing and executing communication strategies and training programs. You will create internal and external communications, build training materials, and deliver training to end users. You will also lead the execution of training plans and ensure successful adoption of new processes or systems through effective change management practices. This role requires collaboration across teams and ownership of key deliverables to support client objectives.


What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "ICE PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE ICE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • FIVE (5) or more years of experience in change management, strategic communications, customer experience, strategic planning, and/strategy initiatives


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "ICE PUBLIC TRUST"

  • Experience conducting stakeholder assessments to identify impacts and engagement needs

  • Ability to develop user personas and customer journey maps

  • Experience building change readiness assessments and execution plans

  • Ability to design and implement change mitigation and management strategies

  • Experience supporting or working with federal law enforcement clients

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
