What You Will Do:
- Establish and maintain an adequate and accurate cost accounting system
- Establish and maintain procedures for effective data management
- Manage all hardware and software configurations
- Establish and control the program product baseline
- Establish and maintain a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) program
- Provide the management of vendors and subcontractors
- Provide the technical management team working at the client's site
- Advise on the distribution of work among positions and organizations
- Advise on appropriate staffing levels and skill mix
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operations in meeting goals
- Performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs
- Advise on potential benefits/uses of automation to improve efficiency
- Evaluate and advise on organization, methods, and procedures for providing support
- Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices
- Obtain, compile, and summarize information for use by others
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance with SAP eligibility
- Bachelor's degree
- SEVEN (7) or more years project/program or deputy project/program experience of similar size and complexity contract
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
- Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel)
