What You Will Do:
- Reconstruct ownership and financing from primary Mandarin records and sources.
- Explain terminology and ambiguities; preserve context for accurate team decisions.
- Distinguish voting rights, board influence, contractual claims, and practical control.
- Investigate obligations from affiliations, grants, licenses, and financing arrangements.
- Map customers, suppliers, collaborators; validate identities with graph engineering workflows.
- Separate documentary evidence from assumptions; route legal applicability questions properly.
- Provide first Mandarin review path; coordinate independent checks on crucial readings.
- Monitor counterparties; write investor‑specific implications for funding or partnership decisions.
What You Will Need:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “TOP SECRET” security clearance
- FOUR (4)+ years' of relevant experience involving original-source research, analytical production, stakeholder engagement, and mission-related assessments. Experience gained through government, academic, think tank, national security, intelligence, policy, or research organizations will be considered toward this requirement.
- Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs, Chinese Studies, Intelligence Studies, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Master's Degree in a related discipline.
- Experience in intelligence, national security, defense, technology, or private‑sector mission environments.
- Experience developing strategic plans, assessments, technical products, or operational frameworks.
- Experience working across organizations and integrating diverse stakeholder requirements.
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, knowledge management, or operational planning.
- Experience supporting executive decision‑making and governance processes.
- Experience leading teams, projects, programs, or technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, methodologies, and mission outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience performing responsibilities directly related to the position.
- Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, or operational stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results.
