What You Will Do:
The Project Lead is responsible for managing/coordinating across multiple workstreams to lead development and operational use of a foreign assistance program management platform. The Project Lead will oversee a multi-disciplinary team of data analysts, developers, and consultants to deliver on client priorities and workplans.
Daily work involves:
Process and product development/improvement and implementation to help the program teams and their functional support staff work more efficiently and effectively (e.g., development of concise, role-based Standard Operating Procedures)
Meeting/training planning, material preparation, and facilitation for multi-stakeholder groups
Requirements gathering and process mapping; and problem-solving with clients and/or colleagues
Directly manage the work of the team, reviewing deliverables for quality and strategic alignment and interfacing with mid and senior-level clients
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree
FIVE (5) years of project management/support experience including TWO (2) years experience managing or overseeing teams
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with the Federal budget cycle and foreign assistance cycle (strategic planning, budgeting, program design and implementation; monitoring and evaluation)
Prior consulting and/or Salesforce experience
Attention to detail
Experience with the State Department
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to clearly and succinctly define problems and design solutions
