What You Will Do:

  • Manages client content and sites on SharePoint Online supported by client. Configures SharePoint services and settings.

  • Manages content databases and creates new ones as required. Manages security for SharePoint sites and sub-sites by providing monthly permission reporting and ad-hoc permission reports. Supports Business continuity / disaster recovery failover/failback.

  • Tests and helps team to test SharePoint sites. Monitors performance of SharePoint systems and provides reporting.

  • Manages User Profile database and services.

  • Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solutions and packages. Manages the SharePoint app catalogs.

  • Manages site quotas and file size limits. Reviews and monitors usage reports. Works on ways to improve portals performance.

  • Recommends software and hardware enhancements.

  • Upgrades SharePoint to newer versions as required.

  • Documents current SharePoint configuration and architecture along with future planned enhancements.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university.

  • Minimum of FOUR (4)+ years of related experience.

  • Extensive experience working with SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Office SharePoint server 2010, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Team Foundation Server (TSF) and Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0.

  • Experience supporting testing, release deployments, and production support activities.

  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and platform governance.

  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support stakeholders and provide reporting insights.

  • US Citizenship or green card required. No visa sponsorship available for this position.

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting federal project.

  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification or equivalent is ideal.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
